VRsurMesure simplifies the construction of your RV; the only limit is your dream!
The process starts with us getting to know you, and the type of project you have in mind. By the end of that call, we should know enough to provide you with a first estimate to realize your project. If you feel comfortable with the ballpark price, we move on to building the detailed estimate.
This step takes a little longer than the introduction call. We often need around 1 to 2 hours of discussion to define exactly what your needs are. We will discuss how you plan to use your van (The number of passengers, the equipment needed, the materials, the interior design, the cargo space…) –
After the discussion, a detailed estimate will be sent to you. If you are satisfied with it, we move on to set a date for the conversion!
About 8-12 weeks before the scheduled conversion, you will make your final decisions about the build : colors, materials, designs and equipment. During this meeting, you will make the final decisions regarding your RV: equipment, layout, materials and color choices.
It takes us about 4-8 weeks to build a van, depending on the complexity of the project. All along the process, we like to send pictures and updates about how the build is going. We know it’s an exciting moment and we want to make it even more fun for you!
The delivery date will be confirmed 2 weeks prior. We can then schedule a two hour meeting to explain the equipment and functionality of your van. Our objective is to make you fully autonomous when you take the road for your first camping trip!
The idea behind VRsurMesure comes from the desire of its two owners to help travelers who want to build their own camper. The owners of VRsurMesure are two RV certified technicians with more than 20 years of experience. Their experience has shown them that there are very few companies and products on the market to facilitate accessibility to RV-manufacturing.
VRsurMesure offers easy-to-install plug-and-play modular products, as well as parts and accessories to help van life enthusiasts create their own campers and suit their needs. VRsurMesure also provides the knowledge of experienced technicians for the design and layout of your tailor-made RV, made just the way you want it.
